1. The pressure of the hydraulic system shall conform to the stipulations in the instructions for use and shall not be adjusted at will. The oil quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements.
2. Before loading concrete trucks, the residual water and debris in the mixing drum should be removed first. In the course of transportation, it is necessary to keep turning in order to prevent concrete segregation. Before the concrete mixer truck arrives at the site and unloads, it should first rotate the mixer at full speed of 14-18 rpm/min for 1-2 minutes, and then reverse unloading. Before inversion, the mixing drum should be stabilized.
3. The ambient temperature is higher than + 25 degrees Celsius, and the duration from loading, transportation to unloading shall not exceed 60 minutes. The ambient temperature shall be lower than + 25 degrees Celsius, and the above-mentioned time shall not exceed 90 minutes.
4. In winter construction, we should check whether ice is frozen before start-up, remove residual water in mixing drum and water supply system seriously after work, close pump switch and put control handle in "stop" position.
5. After discharging at the construction site, the hose attached to the mixer should be used to flush the hopper, hopper, chute and other places immediately, and the sludge and concrete adhering to the body everywhere. On the way back to the mixing station, 150 - 200 L of water should be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue adhering to the wall and blades of the drum.
6. At the end of each day's work, the driver shall be responsible for injecting clean water into the mixing drum and rotating it at a high speed (14-18 rpm) for 5-10 minutes, then draining the water to ensure the cleanliness of the drum. When cleaning each part of the mixing drum with high-pressure water, attention should be paid to avoid the parts such as instruments and joysticks. The distance between the pressure water nozzle and the body paint surface shall not be less than 40 cm.
7. When the contamination inside and outside the mixing drum and the residual concrete slag block are accumulated, and when the mechanic repairman enters the drum for repair and welding, the automobile engine should be shut down first to stop the rotation of the mixing drum. During the working period when the mechanic personnel enter the drum, ensure that the air in the drum is well ventilated, fresh, no natural gas and harmful dust, and the oxygen supply is sufficient (pure oxygen is not allowed to be used). Operators have good insulation protection when using electric tools in cylinders.
8. When working, the hand shall not be put into the rotating mixing drum. It is strictly forbidden to extend the hand into the connecting part of the main discharge chute and the lengthening discharge chute in order to avoid accidents.
9. The wear of mixing blades should be checked regularly and repaired and renewed in time.
10. Implementing all relevant operational specifications. Drivers of concrete mixer trucks are not allowed to work without qualified certificates after professional training.
